Microsoft FastTrack, the company’s customer support group dedicated to ensuring fast, reliable transitions into the Microsoft cloud can be a very valuable resource for companies adopting Office 365. However, many companies wanting to accomplish their digital transformation have yet to learn about the program, which is actually a collaborative effort between the FastTrack team and Microsoft certified partners.

That’s why Microsoft is announcing today the Welcome to FastTrack guide, an exhaustive document which describes the typical journey with the customer support program. The guide also includes some valuable customer testimonials explaining how FastTrack helped them move to the Microsoft cloud at their own pace while leveraging the expertise of a chosen Microsoft partner. It is explained by the office team:

“As customers make the digital transformation to the cloud, we offer a wide variety of services and digital resources. More than 800 FastTrack engineers are available to work with customers and their certified partners, providing expert advice and remote guidance.”
