Microsoft introduces Timeline for Windows 10, Clipboard and Pick Up Where You Left Off for cross platform sharing

The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update announced at Build 2017 today is the next step for the Microsoft OS. Building on the Redstone 2 release launched earlier this year, this upcoming release will add more accessibility and tools for users across multiple devices.
Here are some of the new features coming to Windows 10 later this year.
Timeline
The Task View for Windows 10 is getting a major update, transitioning to a new Timeline view. If you’ve ever needed a visual timeline of what you were doing on Windows 10, now you will. The feature will show your recent activity along with date and time, letting you jump back into your train of thought easily, even if it’s on another device.
Pick Up Where You Left Off
Perhaps one of the most frustrating parts about moving devices so commonly is the inability to pick up and go. With Cortana, this feature is exactly what Microsoft intends to deliver. With Windows, iOS, and Android devices, Cortana can save a state of documents for you on one end and let you pull it up on another on request.
Cloud Powered Clipboard
Users will be able to click copy on one device and use paste from onto another with the newly updated Clipboard feature. During the demo presentation, Microsoft explained how by using the simple copy function on your PC to an Android device, integrated with Swipe keyboard to instantly copy text from the cloud.
