Over the holidays, Microsoft Launcher on the Surface Duo was updated to version 6.2.201102.92686. This quality update brings some small changes to the experience for those who own the Microsoft dual-screen Android device (via Windows Central.)

According to the Google Play Store listing, one of the changes includes Improvements for spacing and icon consistency in the app drawer. Other changes include support for keyboard search in the Office apps. Some of the other things that the changelog mentions don’t appear to be new, however, and have been seen in prior releases. The rest of the changelog is below.

  • Improvements on opening feed page in landscape and concurrent with another app on Surface Duo
  • Support overview on single screen of Surface Duo
  • Support screen time on Surface Duo
  • Improvement on app group creation flow via context menu
  • Multi-touch of app icon repositioning supported on home screen
  • Fixed known bugs on app drawer, app icon size, folder swipe up gesture

If you missed your chance to get Surface Duo, and want to experience Microsoft Launcher on the device, the wholesale retailer CDW is currently selling the base-model version of the Surface Duo at almost half the price. It’s selling for the all-time low price of just $740.
