Microsoft has teamed up with Adobe and AI software provider C3.ai to release a new CRM product named C3 AI CRM powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. This new customer relationship management solution will combine Microsoft’s existing Dynamics 365 CRM product, Adobe Experience Cloud, and C3.ai’s enterprise AI capabilities to reinvent a segment still dominated by Salesforce.
“This year has made clear that businesses fortified by digital technology are more resilient and more capable of transforming when faced with sweeping changes like those we are experiencing,” said Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. “Together with C3.ai and Adobe, we are bringing to market a new class of industry-specific AI solutions, powered by Dynamics 365, to help organizations digitize their operations and unlock real-time insights across their business.”
C3 AI CRM powered by Dynamics 365 will be available from C3.ai, Adobe, Microsoft and through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketplace. All three companies have agreed to market this new CRM platform globally, and target various industries including financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, and more.
Radu Tyrsina has been a Windows fan ever since he got his first PC, a Pentium III (a monster at that time).
For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they're looking for.
