The FTC officially sues Microsoft to halt its Activision Blizzard take over

A legal challenge by the US Federal Trade Commission has been filed against Microsoft over its Activision Blizzard acquisition, with the FTC explaining its decision to sue Microsoft over the deal:

Today we seek to stop Microsoft from gaining control over a leading independent game studio and using it to harm competition in multiple dynamic and fast-growing gaming markets.

Xbox Series X|S could be 2022’s best-selling console in the U.K.

According to information from GamesIndustry.biz, Xbox Series X|S could be a best-seller in the UK for 2022, as there’s reportedly just 20,000 unit sales between the top spot, amongst PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

Microsoft promises to support Call of Duty games on Nintendo consoles and Steam
