Takeshi Numoto, the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise has taken to the Offical Microsoft blog to announce the availability of Dynamics 365, the successor to Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM customer relationships management suite. The capabilities are all powered by advanced analytics, and machine learning, and aim to bring in new agility to Microsoft’s business customers.

According to Takeshi, Dynamics 365 offers “the ability to extend built-in intelligence capabilities with independent apps which can provide targeted and domain-specific intelligence.” An example of this is in the real word Microsoft’s new Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights, which is a new analytics app which applies intelligence to give businesses a clear view of their customers on social, web, and iOT sources with automatic suggestions to improve engagement.

Businesses can easily extend Dynamics 365 capabilities with the unique industry and function-specific apps found in AppSource. With Solution Integrator (SI) partners to AppSource being added soon, Takeshi notes that there are already, “100 new apps and made it easier for you to discover, trial and evaluate from within Dynamics 365.”

Available through Enterprise and Business Editions, these capabilities and Dynamics 365 will be available to Microsoft customers across 135 markets and in over 40 different languages come November 1st.  Subscriptions per app and per user will be available in Dynamics 365 and will also introduce industry-first plans that embrace the cross-functional way organizations and employees need to work today.
