Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella dropped a hint at the Future Unleashed Conference in India that the Surface Pro 4 will launch in India some time in January 2016. Unfortunately, he didn’t reveal the exact availability date for the tablet nor its price tag.
According to a new report, it seems Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 tablet will cost slightly higher than what it costs in the United States. The rumor suggest the tablet will start at INR 67,999 (almost $1025) for the Intel Core M3 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The report claims the prices below are 99 percent confirmed, but may change at the time of launch slightly due to USD to INR currency rates.
Here are the complete pricing details for other models as well:
- Surface Pro 4 128GB/Intel Core i5/4GB of RAM: Rs. 76,999
- Surface Pro 4Â 256GB /Intel Core i5/8GB of RAM: Rs. 95,999
