Noted by ZDNet, Microsoft is piloting a new “Windows Insider Lab for Enterprise” program to help businesses test out upcoming Windows 10 Enterprise features. The program is designed for select Windows Insiders for Business customers already running test versions of Windows 10 Enterprise, who can now try new Windows Enterprise preview features.
Currently, entry into the program is on an email invite only basis. Interested parties, though, can also enroll in the pilot by checking out this survey. According to this survey page, those who enroll will get access to Microsoft’s virtual corporation, Olympia Corp, and get access to enterprise-specific Windows 10 features such as Windows Information Protection (WIP), Windows Defender Application Guard (WDAG) and Host Intrusion Prevention Systems.
As you may recall, Microsoft initially opened up the Windows Insider Program for Business back in April of this year. At the time, Microsoft said the program brings “better support the IT Professionals and business users in our Insider community.” With the new Windows Insider Lab for Enterprise, Microsoft will no doubt live up to this promise, and help build a better version of Windows for all businesses across the world.
