MSI, a brand famous for its gaming hardware, has launched what it is calling the first 1000R AI Gaming Monitor. Part of the new MSI ARTYMIS Series, the monitor is specially built for gamers, with a 1,000 radius curvature, smart brightness features, sound tune, and a lot of other features.
Available now for $900, the 34 inch 2K resolution monitor is able to do what most others in the MSI lineup can’t. According to MSI, it is able to provide a truly immersive experience with less image distortion. This is especially true for gamers who sit about 3 feet from their display.
Rated with a 1,000 radius curve, the monitor also is able to match the natural vision of the human eye. Other notable specs on the new monitor include its 165Hz Refresh rate, 1 ms response time, and support for HDR 400. See below for other features.
- OptixScope: OptixScope is a built-in and patented aiming magnifier feature that provides eight-stage zooming and has programmable shortcut keys to quickly switch magnification
Sound Tune: Eliminating all obstacles to communication, the ARTYMIS series has a built-in noise reduction microphone that eliminates noise through AI calculations,- Smart Brightness: The Gaming OSD App allows you to control your monitor display under a software window. You can customize display settings for different software in the app
- Automatically accepts 4K signals on a QHD monitor and HDR simultaneously.
The monitor sports a super minimalistic design, with narrow bezels, a height-adjustable arm, and RGB gaming LEDs on the back. It is up for sale on Newegg, Amazon, as well as the MSI store.
