Xbox One owners and Windows 10 users have been looking forward to Cuphead for a long, long time. We’ve been teased over and over about this game for years, and it seems like every E3 is just bringing us only a little bit closer to finally seeing the game come out. For those who aren’t in the loop, Cuphead is an indie game coming to Windows 10 and Xbox One, touting an incredibly unique art style. The game is done up entirely in the art style of classic Disney cartoons, and it looks absolutely amazing.
In a new video that’s come out of PAX East, we’ve gotten yet another peek at what Xbox and Windows 10 players are going to be looking forward to when Cuphead finally launches. The new video shows off gameplay of a few of the game’s bosses, as well as revealing gameplay of the shop – as you might imagine, that’s where you’ll be able to pick up a few items to enhance your skills while you’re going through the game.
We currently don’t have a release date set for Cuphead, but we’re told that it’s going to be coming out in 2016. It’s entirely likely that the game is going to be delayed, as we’ve already been waiting so long for it. With any luck, the developers behind Cuphead are going to be making an effort to communicate more with the community, giving us some faith that they’re going to be able to push the game out – in good quality – to Windows 10 and Xbox One users sometime in the near future. Until then, we’re going to have to just wait until they decide to tell us precisely what’s going on with the game.
