Yesterday, Microsoft announced the rollout of the Microsoft 365 security and compliance center. This new center offers the same experiences as Office 365 security and compliance center and is designed to help expand on the unified administration experience that is part of the Microsoft 365 vision.

According to Microsoft, the Microsoft 365 security and compliance center enables data administrators, compliance officers, security administrators, and security operations to “discover security and compliance controls across Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows in a single place.”  As an example, a data administrator can use the center to easily access Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Cloud App Security to help report on their data.

Administrators can log into the experience like they normally do by visiting this link, or by visiting the Microsoft 365 admin center. Microsoft will also continue to integrate and streamline administration experiences across Microsoft 365 over the next few weeks, so best to keep tuned for more.
