It’s not just NBC’s Breaking News app which received the “universal app” status, the popular image editing app PicsArt has, too. This means that you can now use the app on any Windows 10 powered device, whether it’s a tablet, smartphone or a tablet.
The app offers a variety of interesting features to give users the ability to add filters and various effects to their images. There are hundreds of photo editing tools to play around, as well as advanced brushes and drawing tools, which can be used to enhance the images. Users can also create photo collages and communicate with other designers who are using the app on their devices.
