In somewhat unsurprising news, Microsoft has removed the listing for its Surface 3 devices from the Microsoft Store website in the US. Additionally, the Surface 3 remains out of stock in other Microsoft Store’s (via Neowin).
Microsoft recently released its earnings report for FY17 Q2, in the report, the company noted falling sales for the Surface 3, stating that it was phasing the device out, with both the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 being the newer devices.
With details of Windows 10 Cloud approaching, phasing out the Surface 3, Surface Phone rumors continuing and Windows 10 ARM in development, could we be expecting something big from Microsoft? We’ll have to wait and see, but everything points towards Microsoft working on something we haven’t seen before.
Give us your thoughts on what Microsoft might be aiming for in the comments below!
