1. Reset the User Agent

  1. Type about:config in Firefox‘s address bar and hit Enter.

3. Install the User-Agent Switcher add-on

  1. Download the User-Agent Switcher and restart the browser.

  2. Open Firefox and click the Tools > Settings.
  3. Expand Default User Agent and click Edit User Agents.
  4. In the newly opened window click New > New User-Agent.
  5. Add a description for the new User Agent – for example, Firefox 9.
  6. Change the last number in the User-Agent box to 9.0.1 > click OK.
  7. Open the Tools menu again and select the recently created User-Agent.
  8. Reload the page and see if it works.
