Opera is a great browser, with many innovative features, so we were not surprised to see that Opera now has a built-in AI chatbot.

The company plans to enhance this feature by bringing more AI features to its users for testing.

Opera now allows you to test new AI features in the browser

Opera is known for its unique features, and just recently it introduced its Heartblocker plugin. Today the company is setting its sights on AI.

As reported by PhoneArena, it seems that Opera has plans to enhance its Aira AI. In case you’re not familiar, this feature is available in Opera One, and it works similarly to GPT, with additional support for real-time web data.

To improve on its AI, Opera is introducing an AI Feature Drops program that will allow users to test new AI features on a bi-weekly basis.

Opera’s spokesperson said the following regarding AI Feature Drops:

AI is moving fast and so are we. We’ve started the AI Feature Drops Program to allow people to test our newest AI explorations that either will or won’t make it to the official version of Opera One. We are excited to let our most engaged users test and share their feedback and suggestions with us

This program is available in early access in the Opera Developer variant, so if you’re an AI enthusiast, you might want to give it a try.
