Doom Eternal

DOOM Eternal has released a fresh PC Mod Preview, and Xbox Insiders on Windows PC now have the golden ticket for early access to it. If you already own the game (BATTLEMODE – PC) or enjoy it through your active Game Pass subscription, get ready to dive into this modding adventure.

The preview is all about mod support. This means you can look through, play, and maybe even add to a developing set of community mods for DOOM Eternal. The people who have started this effort are excited to know your thoughts. So, your feedback is not just accepted but also desired.

If you want to join in, here’s how: Start the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Windows PC (or get it from the Store if it’s not yet installed). Go to Previews > DOOM Eternal—PC Mod Preview, click Join, and follow the instructions for setup.

Little tip: When you finish registering, it could be good to restart your computer, especially if DOOM Eternal is already installed. This helps guarantee that all updates happen without problems.

If you ever change your mind and want to return to the regular DOOM Eternal version from PC Mod Preview, don’t worry about it. Just leave the PC Mod Preview through Xbox Insider Hub – everything will return to normal. And if DOOM Eternal starts acting up, don’t worry. Report any issues, and the Bethesda team will investigate.
