Microsoft Tips helps familiarize you with the new features in Windows 10 so you can use the OS like a pro. If you downloaded Microsoft 10 v1703, you should check out the new features and improvements that come with the OS in order to make the best use of them.

Windows 10 Tips

The app is similar to a shop that sells knowledge about the basic functions of Windows 10, and it’s pretty useful if you’re a new user. With every major update of Windows 10, the app is also updated with the newest information.

What’s new in Windows Tips

Open the app by typing “Tips” in the Cortana Search box. You can also launch it from the All Apps menu. On the app’s Welcome page, you’ll see a short demo of all the new things that come with Windows 10 Creators Update. By clicking on the boxes, you’ll get to know more about the latest features.

If you go to the What’s New page, you’re going to see a little description of the newest features, presenting you all the improvements that have been made to the Paint 3D app, the Edge browser, Personalization improvements and more. You can also take an in-depth tour of all the new relevant features.

Browse the app for any topic

The app has a lot of options related to basic Windows components including Cortana, Office, Start, and so on. It houses all the tips and tricks you need to know to quickly get to know the basic usage of Windows 10. If you click on these options, you’ll take a deep dive into a certain topic. Don’t forget that you need to be connected to the internet in order to get all the information provided by this app. You won’t get only textual information, but also video introductions on all the topics as well.

Another great feature of this app is the fact that it knows the kind of PC that you’re using. For instance, if you’re using a Surface Pro/Book, the app automatically groups topics related to your device a “Your Surface Pro/Book” menu.

Windows 10 Tips is a great comprehensive guide for the new operating system users. You can download it from the Windows Store.
