As promised from Dona Sarkar and the team a few weeks ago, the Windows Insider website had a major overhaul launched today with tons more information about the program. While it looks similar to the previous pages, it now includes details about how builds are released and what to expect in each specific release ring.

Another noticeable feature on the site is the addition of preview build highlights. This page gives prospective new Windows Insiders a glimpse at what they can toy with in the latest releases. Which in this case includes items like Story Remix, My People, and more for the upcoming Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

Beginners should find the redesigned Windows Insider site easier to navigate and learn from. If mistakes were made, it’s even easier to leave the program with a conveniently easy to find button on the site. Furthermore, a ‘Recover your device‘ section has been added where Insiders can learn how to roll back previous builds including links to recovery images for Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
