Looking for an app that lets you access, edit, and share files, images, and videos? Box is a great alternative to Dropbox and offers you 5GB of free space. Check it out!
Very similar to Dropbox, and Sugar Sync, the Box app lets you share folders with colleagues and turn any folder into an online work space. You can invite people to view, share, edit, and upload files; store multiple versions of a file, download previous versions for reference, and use the same sharing link, even as new versions are uploaded. You can also manage files and folders with batch move, copy, and delete operations, save files from other apps to your box account, and access Box files from within other apps.
To use Box, you will need to set up a Box account at Box.com. The Box account gives you 5 GB free, and offers tiered pricing for other storage needs. It also features a desktop application that will allow you to sync files to and from your desktop.
So, if you looking for great online storage and a whole lot more, get Box! The app is available for free for Windows 8, and Windows RT
