If you use Outlook predominantly on your mobile phone, then you should know that Microsoft will make it easier for you to compose emails by allowing you to add another email as an attachment to the one you’re writing.
This new feature will make it easier to refer the recipient of your email to another important email in the conversation. You can do so by tapping on your mobile phone, so you’ll no longer have to use Outlook for Web for that.
According to a recent entry to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the new feature will impact iOS and Android devices, so you won’t have to worry that iPhone users won’t see your email properly and vice versa.
Here’s what the entry says:
Now while you are composing in Outlook for iOS or Android, you can use the same attach option you already know to select and attach emails to your mail.
The entry says the new option to attach emails in the mail in Outlook for Mobile should be rolling out this month and should be generally available to all users by the end of the month.
Speaking of email attachments, Outlook was recently enhanced to allow users to find them without opening the emails.
