Young American OEM I-Life introduces a series of Windows 10 laptops and convertibles in India

Miami-based OEM I-Life has landed in India introducing affordable Windows 10 laptops and convertibles. Founded in 2012, I-Life is currently one of the largest vendors in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries.

The company has launched its flagship ZED series of affordable notebooks and tablets. There are three products – ZEDBook, ZED Air laptop, and ZED Air Pro. The ZED series is powered by the latest Intel Atom Quad Core processor with 2GB of DDR3L RAM, and packs in 32GB of internal storage. All three devices are powered by Windows 10 Home.

I-Life has tied up with Flipkart to retail its devices exclusively in India. The company will start delivering orders from May 3 onwards. For after-sale service, I-Life has signed up with F1 Info solutions and will service more than 4500 pin codes within 40 km of service centers.

The ZED Book, available in gold and grey, is a 2-in-1 detachable laptop and priced a ₹9,990 ($149) while the ZED Air Pro, in silver, is an ultra-slim notebook priced at ₹10,990 ($164). The top of the line device is the ZED Air, available in silver and grey, a laptop priced at ₹12,990 ($194).

I-Life is clearly targeted at entry-level and first-time buyers and the affordable range of PCs could attract a lot of customers allowing the company to replicate the success it has seen in the Middle East and African countries.
