YouTube Could Not be Run, Could Not be Installed [Roku]: Fix

1. Force restart Roku

2. Uninstall and reinstall YouTube

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

3. Press the Star (Asterstics *) button on your remote to open the options menu.
4. Select the Remove channel option and select Yes when asked to confirm the action.
5. Wait for the YouTube app to uninstall from your device.
6. Once uninstalled, restart your Roku device.
7. Go to Settings > System > System Restart.
8. After restarting the device, install Roku from the channel store.
9. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
10. Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
    • This will open the Channel Store.
11. Locate YouTube and select Add Channel.
    • Wait for the device to install the YouTube app.

3.  Perform a system update

1. Press the Home button your Roku remote.
2. Scroll down and select Settings.
