Back in the middle of  January, we reported that the official Zara app had been launched in the Windows Store for Windows 8 users. And we also included it in our list with the best Windows 8 apps and games for the month of February, 2014. Now, it has received its very first update.

The official Zara app has recently got launched in the Windows Store for Windows 8 users, bringing plenty of useful features for those that use to do their shopping at Zara. It isn’t just a fashion app for Windows 8, but one that you could actually use to locate nearby Zara stores, see the available prices in your own currency and even get composition information about the clothing item that you’re interested in. So, you don’t have to go to a Zara store, as you can browse the latest collections straight from the comfort of your Windows 8 device.

The app has received its very first update and users should know that, according the to release note, the updated Windows 8 Zara app comes with various improvements to maps, the store section, as well as to the scanning and notifications features. Some users were complaining that the it took a while to find nearby stores on the map, but that has been solved now.
