Microsoft announces new Windows Insider Bug Bash for the first time in ages

It’s been quite some time since the last Windows Insider Bug Bash, but it made a surprise return this week, running from 12th to 17th May, with spring-themed badges being up for grabs for completing quests.

PowerToys version 0.37.2 is out with bug fixes and stability improvements

A new update for PowerToys was released this week, version 0.37.2. It brought some bug fixes and stability improvements, with a relatively short changelog:

• #11068 – Power Rename freezes & resets explorer.exe after latest update
• #11162 – Event handle leak in PowerToys.KeyboardManagerEngine.exe

May Patch Tuesday updates are now available for Windows 10 versions 21H1 and older

New patches are available for Windows 10 versions 21H1 and older, bringing fixes and stability improvements, with the changelog noting:

• Updates to improve security when Windows performs basic operations.
• Updates to improve Windows OLE (compound documents) security.

• Updates security for Bluetooth drivers.
