Two-Factor Authentication is on its way to Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 Desktop versions of the popular WhatsApp chat app according to leaked emails concerning translation requests between app developers. The emails, via MicrosoftInsiders, which you can see below, clearly show that documentation concerning Two-Factor Authentication is in production for a future update.

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security for accessing an app or service. The process involves the use of the traditional user password but also something else, such as a code sent to the user’s mobile device, for a successful login.

Do you prefer Two-Factor Authentication or are you fine with the good ol’ name and password? Let us know in the comments below.
