A few weeks ago, Twitter became the first developer to update their standard Windows 10 UWP app to a Progressive Web App on Redstone 4 and Redstone 5 devices. There have since been a couple of updates for the Twitter PWA, one of which now allows it to integrate directly with the Windows 10 Share Dialog.

Spotted by Microsoft watcher Richard Hay, the integration shows that the Twitter PWA is catching up to what’s available in the UWP. You can now summon the share menu from any Windows 10 app and share open content directly with the Twitter PWA. It is a pretty cool feature and one that can end up saving time and helping you skip the trip to the web to share such content.

The Twitter PWA is reportedly looking to pick up tile support and the ability to upload video in the coming weeks. We’re looking forward to more new features soon, especially if they keep coming at this fast rate.
