As many newer Xbox One games are getting their own Xbox One X enhancements, Titanfall 2 is no exception. As noted by Xbox Wire, Titanfall 2 will have plenty of new enhancements. Over 130 Xbox One games are getting special enhancements for the big Xbox One X release coming exactly one week from today. While not every Xbox One game will support native 4K, but some games will be able to offer some advanced graphics due on 1080p screens.

Respawn Entertainment’s McCoy noted that the Xbox One X has extended the amount of dynamic resolution for Xbox games, which is a good thing, and not just for Titanfall 2. In other words, The Xbox OOne X enhancements for Titanfall 2 will “always output a 4K signal, but dynamically alter the resolution based on GPU load to ensure smooth framerates.” Titanfall 2 will also support dynamic superscaling from the Windows 10 PC version to allow the full power of the Xbox One CPU to be used.

“Titanfall 2 on Xbox One X is a substantially clearer/sharper image presentation. Players will notice lots of little details in the world and it maintains the fluid 60 fps framerate needed for smooth gameplay more often so you won’ see any frame rate drops even with a bunch of 20 foot Titans battling it out at once.”

McCoy noted that you can expect that Titanfall 2 will give players a 60 FPS gaming experience on Xbox One X, just like Gears of War 4. The Xbox One X will launch November 7, 2017, available for $499.00 in the Microsoft Store.
