Microsoft Forms is getting some new important updates that will bring the ability to categorize forms into different collections. The Redmond giant has announced via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center that this collections feature could roll out to desktop and mobile users in November 2021.

“End users in your organization will be able to easily archive and manage their own personal forms into different collections which will allow them to work more productively and feel more in control of their personal content. Additionally, this new update will provide a smooth experience for users when they switch between different products in office.com (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive),” the Microsoft 365 Admin Center message reads.

Microsoft says that this update will also let users easily archive and manage quick polls created via other Microsoft 365 apps, including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, the company is making it easier for users to manage/quickly find their polls and quizzes in the user-created, group as well as shared form categories.

The ability to group quizzes and surveys in different collections is one of the most requested features, and it should have been there since the beginning. Do you think that this feature will help to increase your productivity at work? Let us know in the comments below.
