Acer's latest Swift 14 AI comes with a host of AI-powered solutions

Acer laptops have evolved significantly over time, offering curated products and catering to a broader user base. And the latest on the list, the Acer Swift 14 AI, a Copilot + PC, is one of their best to date!

According to Microsoft’s official blog, Copilot + PCs are,

About the Acer Swift 14 AI

The Swift 14 AI series comprises two models, one with a Snapdragon X Plus (10-core CPU) processor and another with a Snapdragon X Elite (12-core CPU). The series comes with a built-in NPU (Neural Processing Unit), delivering 45 TOPS.

The NPU plays a critical role in boosting security and privacy by running AI-powered tasks locally on the PC instead of processing them on external cloud servers.

An Arm-based PC, the Swift 14 AI supports all of Microsoft’s built-in AI features like Copilot, Recall, Cocreator, Live Captions, and video call enhancements.

Besides, the laptop offers a wide array of built-in AI-powered solutions curated by Acer, including options to quickly streamline settings, automatic framing, advanced background blur, AI noise cancellation, and sensors that automatically lock the laptop when you step away for enhanced privacy and battery life.

The series comes with storage and RAM options up to 1 TB and 32 GB, respectively, with 136 GB/s memory bandwidth and 8533 MT/s memory transfer rate. And with a 75Wh battery, the laptop will last you an entire day on a single charge!

Coming to the Acer Swift 14 AI’s design, it has a 14.5″ display, is sleek, lightweight and features an aluminum chassis. Besides, you can rotate the display around the hinges by 180°. Touchscreen options for the laptop are also available.

As for security and a seamless log-in experience, the laptop features an IR Facial Recognition Camera and fingerprint scanner. Just set up Windows Hello, and you are good to go!

Initially, in June’24, the Acer Swift 14 AI will be introduced in Europe and the Middle East at a price of €1,499. It’s slated to hit the shelves in North America, priced at $1,099, a month later in July.
