You could be one of the many Windows 10 users who is confused as to why Edge Bar’s auto-start function has stopped working. In case you didn’t notice, this convenient tool that automatically appears to assist in making life simpler no longer starts on its own.
However, it seems that Microsoft is handling it. They have recognized that the Edge Bar doesn’t appear automatically when you start your computer. They might have temporarily shut down this feature, but efforts are being made to restore it.
So, what do you do in the meantime? You can still manually launch the Edge Bar. Go to the Edge sidebar, click on the gear icon at the bottom right corner, and there you have it.
If you can’t find your sidebar, it’s okay. Go to Settings, then Sidebar, and ensure that “Always show sidebar” is activated.
