Microsoft Teams’ Gallery Design ensures fairness for everyone, no matter if their camera is switched on or off. It creates tiles of equal size for all meeting participants, enhancing the inclusive atmosphere. You can also adjust how many people you want to see on your screen, with a maximum of 49 participants at once.

Event organizers, get ready for a surprise. The ability to drag and drop presenters gives you more control over your event’s sequence and offers a fresh twist in managing how things run. Also, switching a presenter’s video on and off gives you more control over the visual emphasis of your event.

If you adore the universe of 3D avatars and virtual settings, Microsoft Mesh technology has also gotten some love. Additional reactions for Mesh avatars mean you can express yourself fresh and amusingly during meetings.

For those communicating with emojis and reactions, you can now add your personal touch to chats with custom emojis and reactions. Think about showing your team’s special vibe by using just the perfect emoji. Also, improved sound notification controls allow you to personalize how each type of message alerts you, helping you keep focus on what matters most.
