Microsoft Teams on Mobile users will soon have access to one of the platform’s greatest capabilities, the IntelliFrame video feed.
The IntelliFrame video feed enhances users’ visibility in online meetings, making them more immersive and human. The capability was originally released to make Teams meetings more engaging.
According to the latest entry in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the new capability will be released on Mobile devices, iOS, and Android, starting in November 2024. If mobile users join a meeting that has participants in a Teams Room on Windows, they will automatically be included in the IntelliFrame feed.
Here’s what the entry says:
Cloud IntelliFrame, the video framing feature that enhances the visibility of people in the room for online meeting attendees, is now available for Teams mobile users when they join a meeting that has participants in a Teams Rooms on Windows.
The new capability should make Microsoft Teams users feel more immersed in online meetings on mobile.
What do you think about this new capability?
