KB5074170 Update Lands in Windows 11 Dev Channel With File Explorer Fixes

KB5074170 dev channel

Microsoft has pushed KB5074170 to the Dev Channel, raising the Windows 11 build number to 26300.7674. The update is effectively identical to KB5074169 released to the Beta Channel, with the same fixes and known issues included.

Starting with this release, the Dev Channel is moving ahead to 26300 series builds. Once build 26300.7674 is installed, Insiders can no longer switch from the Dev Channel to the Beta Channel. Microsoft has issued advance warnings about this change, which follows its standard Insider Program process.
