ASUS Dual Evo RTX 5070 Graphics Cards Spotted on Product Pages
ASUS RTX 5070 Evo graphics cards have quietly appeared online, marking a new addition to the company’s Dual Evo lineup. According to TechPowerUp, the newly listed models introduce compact GeForce RTX 5070 variants aimed at smaller builds.
Their appearance comes during a period when ASUS has faced separate patent-related challenges in Germany, which resulted in two companies taking down their German support pages.
ASUS Dual Evo RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Evo OC Surface
The newly listed GeForce RTX 5070 Evo and RTX 5070 Evo OC both feature NVIDIA’s RTX 5070 12 GB GPU. Each card measures 229 × 120 × 50 mm, making them notably compact compared to many triple-slot RTX 5070 designs.
ASUS has not issued an official announcement yet, but both models already appear on the company’s product pages. Pricing and retail availability remain undisclosed.
The standard version carries a boost clock of 2,512 MHz. The OC variant increases that figure to 2,542 MHz, while OC mode pushes it further to 2,572 MHz. Aside from the higher clocks, the two cards appear to share identical hardware and cooling solutions. The performance uplift likely comes from a vBIOS adjustment rather than a redesigned PCB or upgraded power delivery.
Compact 2.5-Slot Design for Small Form Factor Builds
Both models use a 2.5-slot cooler with dual axial fans. That makes them thicker than the 2.0-slot Dual Evo RTX 5060 cards but slimmer than many 3+ slot RTX 5070 alternatives currently on the market.
The cooling setup features a flow-through heatsink design to improve airflow and thermal efficiency. ASUS opted for an understated black shroud with angular lines and a dual-texture finish. Like other Dual Evo models, the PCIe power connector sits centrally on the side, not at the rear.
The relatively short 229 mm length and moderate thickness make these GPUs attractive for small form factor systems where space remains limited.
The quiet appearance of the RTX 5070 Evo models comes at a time when global GPU prices have climbed by around 15%. High-end models such as the RTX 5090 and RTX 5070 Ti reportedly lead the surge.
With no official launch event yet, the ASUS Dual Evo RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Evo OC may target users who want a compact, understated design without sacrificing next-generation performance. More details on pricing and availability will likely follow soon.
