Xbox confirms Metro 2039 reveal showcase
The event will serve as a world premiere presentation for Metro 2039, marking the fourth mainline entry in the franchise. The series, based on Dmitry Glukhovsky’s novels, has long been a key part of Xbox’s shooter lineup, and this showcase continues that partnership.
The new game follows Metro 2033, Metro: Last Light, and Metro Exodus, which built a reputation around survival-driven gameplay set in a post-nuclear world centered on Moscow’s underground tunnels and the surface beyond.
