After dominating Netflix‘s global charts for weeks, I Will Find You (Stream on Netflix) has finally been knocked off the top spot. The Harlan Coben adaptation, which became Netflix’s biggest original series premiere of 2026, has now been overtaken by Worst Neighbor Ever, a new true-crime docuseries that has quietly climbed to No. 1 in the United States.

I Will Find You cast explained

Even though the thriller has slipped to second place, it remains one of Netflix’s biggest streaming successes this year. Much of that momentum has been driven by its high-profile cast, led by Sam Worthington as David Burroughs, a father convicted of murdering his son before discovering years later that the child may still be alive.

Joining Worthington is Britt Lower, who plays investigative journalist Rachel Mills, while Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Jonathan Tucker, and Merritt Wever round out the ensemble cast. The series is based on Harlan Coben’s bestselling novel of the same name and blends mystery, crime, and family drama across its limited-run format.

That being said, the show’s impressive run at the top has finally come to an end. According to FlixPatrol, Worst Neighbor Ever now occupies the No. 1 position on Netflix’s U.S. TV rankings, pushing I Will Find You down to second place after several weeks of dominance.

The four-episode true-crime series, directed by Cynthia Childs, premiered on July 1 and explores disturbing real-life neighbor disputes through interviews with first-hand witnesses rather than dramatic recreations. The series is produced by ITV America in partnership with Blumhouse Television, and early reviews from both critics and viewers have been largely positive.

While Netflix doesn’t publicly release detailed daily viewing figures, FlixPatrol’s rankings offer a good snapshot of what’s currently trending across the platform. Even after losing the crown, I Will Find You continues to rank among Netflix’s most-watched shows and remains one of the streaming giant’s biggest original releases of 2026.
