Adobe and NVIDIA Team up to Build Next-Generation Firefly AI Models
Adobe and NVIDIA just announced a major partnership to build the next generation of Adobe Firefly AI models. By combining Adobe’s creative tools with NVIDIA’s computing power, the two companies want to speed up how people create and personalize content.
For design and marketing teams across the USA, this collaboration points to a future with much faster and smarter digital workflows.
The partnership is for upgrading the core creative tools
Adobe plans to use advanced NVIDIA technology, including specific computing libraries like CUDA-X and NeMo, to upgrade its foundation Firefly models. This upgrade focuses on giving users more exact control over their generated art and marketing materials.
Through a service called Adobe Firefly Foundry, companies will be able to safely train AI models using their own unique brand assets. This means media studios can create content at scale while protecting their copyrighted material. Don’t forget, NVIDIA also introduced its latest high-end Vera CPU for heavy AI workloads.
It allows creating digital product twins
The partnership also introduces a new 3D digital twin tool. It is built on NVIDIA Omniverse technology and creates permanent virtual copies of physical products. Brands can use these highly accurate digital twins to quickly generate consistent product photos, lifestyle images, or even virtual try-on experiences.
This setup allows marketing teams to skip physical photoshoots and automate their content production entirely in the cloud. For gaming companies, NVIDIA has also revealed DLSS 5, which makes gaming products look more realistic.
Build smarter everyday applications
Beyond high-end design software, these computing updates will reach everyday productivity applications. Adobe Acrobat is set to receive NVIDIA Nemotron capabilities, which will help business professionals handle document intelligence and summarize information much faster. Meanwhile, the popular video collaboration platform Frame.io will use NVIDIA CUDA processing to speed up media decoding.
This change will drastically improve search functions across massive video files and 3D assets. Adobe and NVIDIA are actively developing a joint strategy to bring these practical AI tools directly to enterprise customers soon.
