In case you didn’t know, there’s a dedicated Windows app on the Windows Store called Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse that allows owners of Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse and Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition to manage the settings of their devices.
With Microsoft’s official ‘Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse’ app for Windows 8.1 and 10 devices, user can get configuration settings for Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse and Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition.

You should know that this app is designed for Windows 8.1+, so it will not work with Windows 7 or previous versions. Being available for quite a while on the Store, the app allows user to perform the following:
- Flick to scroll quickly (on/off)
- Tap to page up / page down (on/off)
- Vibration/sound (on/off)
- Intensity of vibration/sound
- Flip scrolling direction (on/off)
- Reassign middle tap
