Here’s the solution

It seems that more users are reporting issues with the Windows Store in version 1803, according to the independent advisor who came up with the solution. To fix the problem, users are advised to open the Microsoft Store and click the User Icon. After that, they have to Sign Out and search for the app that they want to download and click on “Get.” Only after these steps, are users supposed to sign back into their accounts.
