There isn’t an official Facebook Page Manager app released by Facebook for Windows 8 users in the Windows Store, but a new one, called FB Pages Manager, has been made available for a free download. Actually, this app has been very popular for Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8 users and it now has been ported to Windows 8 users, as well.

FB Pages Manager is a beautiful Windows Store app that you can use to manage all your Facebook pages. The app allows you to update/delete/share your pages status, update photos, check and respond to your messages, comment to your posts or reply to a comment. You can view all your page insights, like or unlike, basically you can do pretty much everything on your pages that you do on your PC browser. Pin your pages to your start screen and be ready to receive notifications even when the app isn’t open.

facebook page manager windows 8 appThe app is at its first release, so there is bound to be some bugs and glitches along the way. After using the app for a while, I’ve seen few bugs, such as distorted images or resolution bugs, but I am confident that the developer will fix the issues in a future release. By using the FB Pages Manager app, you can update, delete or share your page’s status and pretty much anything that you’d normally do on the web version of it.

Also, you can share files directly to the app by using the charms menu from Windows 8. Also, live tiles of any sizes display your last notifications. And since it was launched in Windows 8.1 form, it has full support for it. The ability to pin Facebook pages to your start screen and be on track with the last news is also there. What’s really awesome is that you can check your notifications on your lock screen, without having to unlock your Windows 8 devices.
