Five Xbox Games Are Disappearing from the Store This April and May
Xbox is cleaning up its digital store over the next few weeks. If you want to grab certain titles before it pulls them down permanently, you have a short window right now. Five different games are getting delisted between April and May of 2026. This means you will no longer be able to buy them.
As per PureBox, the list includes a mix of older releases and a couple of live service experiences that are shutting down entirely.
These games are leaving this April
First up is Beast Quest. This action-adventure game from 2018 leaves the store on April 9. It did not get great reviews when it launched, but game collectors might still want to grab a copy before it vanishes. After that, two separate Fortnite modes will leave on April 16. Fortnite Ballistic and Fortnite Festival Battle Stage are going offline completely.
Epic Games is pulling them by default when it shuts down the servers. You do not need to worry about the main Fortnite modes, though. Those stay perfectly safe.
Pinball and Battlefield Hardline are also going away
Moving into late April and early May, Pinball FX3 and the Pinball FX World Cup Soccer table will disappear. The developer explained that it faces technical issues on the Microsoft digital store. While other consoles will just hide the game pages, Microsoft has to remove the listings entirely. The studio promised to offer discounts before the final removal happens. If you buy the pinball tables before then, you can still play them normally.
Finally, Electronic Arts is removing Battlefield Hardline on May 22. It plans to shut down the multiplayer servers a few weeks after that delisting date. The shooter came out a long time ago, so the company is finally moving on.
If you already own any of these five games, they will remain in your library to download whenever you want. You just cannot purchase new copies after the deadlines pass.
