The biggest update for Windows 10 since its release, Windows November 1511 Update has been released today, and the first problems are already here. One of the problems a lot of users are facing is the problem with installing Windows November Update. But there are a few thing you can try to solve the problem with installation of Windows November update.

What to do if You get Stuck While Installing Windows 10 November Update

Solution 1 – Remove all SD cards and other peripherals

According to reports on Microsoft Forums, solution that helped the most users is removing all SD cards from the computer, and then trying to update Windows 10 again. So, if you have any SD cards attached to your computer, while you’re try to install Windows November update, remove them, and you should be able to continue with the installation. In addition to removing SD cards, you can try with removing other peripherals, as well.

Solution 2 – Clean up some disk space

As we already told you, Windows November 1511 Update is the biggest update for Windows 10 so far, which means that it also takes a lot of disk space. It requires 3 GB of hard disk space, so you should check out if you have enough space on your hard disk, and clean up unnecessary space. To clean unnecessary space on your hard disk, do the following:

  1. Open This PC, right-click on disk drive C:
  2. Go to Properties
  3. Open Disk Cleanupwindows 10 november update problem
  4. Check the list of files you want to delete, and press OK

Solution 3 – Reset Windows Update

If removing SD cards and cleaning up the disk space didn’t work, maybe something’s wrong with your Windows Update feature. Since various factors could interrupt the work of Windows Update, and you probably don’t have time and patience to try them all, I recommend you to run Windows Update Reset tool.
