Hidden Expedition Date Spotted by ARC Raiders Players Ahead of Planned Release

ARC Raiders Expedition Project has officially entered a new phase as Embark Studios activates the latest Expedition departure window, letting players complete their first full Expedition and leave Speranza.

According to in-game activity and player reports, the next Expedition window appears scheduled for late February 2026, continuing ARC Raiders’ prestige-style progression system.

Expedition Project cycle resets player progress

Once players complete an Expedition in ARC Raiders, the game resets most core progression. Characters return to level one, stashes empty, and all unlocked skills clear.

In return, players receive long-term benefits, including temporary buffs, a stash capacity boost, and an exclusive “Patchwork” cosmetic skin. These rewards carry forward into future cycles and define the Expedition Project’s prestige mechanic.

Players can prepare immediately for the next Expedition

After departure, players can immediately start building toward the next Expedition caravan. Resource gathering resumes right away, allowing players to work toward the upcoming cycle’s requirements without delay.

Each Expedition cycle typically runs for about two months, followed by a short departure window where players must commit to leaving Speranza.

February 22, 2026 window spotted through in-game timers

Some players discovered a workaround that reveals future Expedition timers and map conditions by adjusting their system date while in-game. While this method does not alter official schedules, it exposed a countdown pointing to February 22, 2026, as the next expected Expedition window.

Embark Studios has not confirmed this date publicly, and Expedition schedules can still change before launch.

First Expedition ran in December 2025

Before this second cycle surfaced, ARC Raiders launched its first Expedition window between December 17 and December 22, 2025, following a brief delay. That initial run established the core loop of gathering, departing, resetting, and rebuilding across cycles.

Alongside the Expedition Project activity, Embark Studios recently released the Cold Snap update for ARC Raiders. Players should download the update to access the latest content, balance changes, and Expedition-related improvements.
