Lenovo’s New Rotatable ‘ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist’ Leaks in Full Ahead of CES 2026 Showcase
Lenovo appears to have a bunch of new products to showcase at CES 2026, and most of them are laptops. Thanks to folks at Windows Latest, we now know some of the interesting concept devices as well as consumer-facing products Lenovo will be launching in 2026. Among the ones mentioned in a massive leak shared by the news outlet, ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist is one of the interesting ones.

Although Lenovo teased the ThinkBook Auto Twist Concept 2-in-1 as a concept last year, Windows Latest now reports that the company has “managed to make it a consumer product.” As mentioned earlier, it’s called Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist. The said ThinkBook laptop is a Copilot+ PC that uses the Intel Core Ultra 3 SoC under the hood for performance needs.
As far as other specs are concerned, the Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist reportedly flaunts a 14” 2.8K OLED display. There are also front-facing speakers with Dolby Atmos support that rotate along with the screen. The news outlet also mentions the inclusion of a 75Wh battery that can power the rotation for a long time.
But the interesting thing about this laptop is that it can rotate the display faster than the concept, thanks to a new electromotor. The laptop also reportedly uses a quieter and more durable motorized dual-rotation hinge while converting from “notebook, tablet, and sharing modes.” Lenovo wants the display to automatically adjust to “your posture, presentation angle, or for the three modes.”
It’s ideal to think that such a futuristic laptop would cost bonkers, right? Well, it doesn’t, at least according to the news outlet, which reports a starting price of approximately $1,499 USD. All that said, it’ll be interesting to see if it captures the interest of customers once the device is up for sale in June 2026.
