Meta recently rolled into Cannes Lions with a fresh batch of generative AI upgrades for advertisers. The company is expanding its Advantage+ Ad Creative suite, offering tools designed to speed up content creation without sacrificing brand consistency. As first reported by Adweek, these features are part of Meta’s ongoing push to blend automation with control.
Smarter branding, faster videos
One standout update is “consistent branding at scale.” This lets agencies lock in logos, color palettes, and fonts across AI-generated ads. The idea is to preserve visual identity while still moving quickly. Meta is also testing new video generation tools.
These allow brands to animate still images with music, text, and transitions—perfect for teams who need to spin up engaging content without a full production crew. Another AI feature, called “video highlights,” pulls out product keywords and visuals to better sell a message.

Voice, virtual try-ons, and sticker CTAs
There’s also new voice support in Business AI, letting brands auto-generate ad prompts and FAQs. New placements are coming too, including Instagram Stories and Facebook Reels.
Some interactive tools are expanding as well. Virtual Try-On, which lets users preview clothes on different body types, is being tested with a wider audience. Meta is also debuting Creative Sticker CTA buttons—custom graphics and slogans with tappable call-to-actions—starting with Facebook.
