6. Scroll down and toggle the switch to turn off Windows Firewall

3. Check for web browser issues

1.  Try to use a different browser to check if it is a browser-related issue.

3.1 For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

   • security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha
