Opera for Android 81

Opera has been present on the browser market for decades, and the Android version of the browser just got updated with some new features.

Opera seems determined to fully utilize the power of AI, and this update does just that, so let’s dive into it and see what’s new.

Opera for Android 81 comes packed with AI features

Not long ago, we wrote about the AI Features Drop program that allows users to test AI features in Opera. According to the Opera’s latest blog post, we finally have the chance to see some of these features in action.

The first option is Ask Aria which will appear every time you select a text. With this feature, you can instantly open Aria and ask it to summarize the selected text or to give you more information about it.

All of that is possible with just two taps on the screen, which makes this feature rather intuitive. This isn’t the only change, Aria AI now supports voice input.

To use it, simply start it, and tap the microphone icon in the input field and Aria will use voice recognition to generate your input.

In addition to AI improvements, Opera for Android 81 also has an advanced Speed Dial menu that you can use to get suggestions for the Speed Dial. You’ll also be able to add features to Speed Dials for quick access.

Overall, this is a great update if you’re using Aria AI frequently, so if you’re on Android, be sure to get it today.
