Google Chrome never lacked innovative features, and speaking of which, it seems that a new and exciting feature is on the horizon.

Google Canary has been updated recently and it now comes with an improved translation feature.

Live Translate is now available in Chrome Canary, coming soon to other versions

Chrome Canary is the first version of Chrome that gets new features, and we recently wrote about improved link previews, and the ability to minimize Custom Tabs in PiP mode.

That’s not all, and according to NewsBytes, Chrome Canary now has Live Translate. If this feature rings a bell, it’s because it was previously available only on Pixel phones.

This feature isn’t enabled by default, and to activate it, you need to head to the Accessibility settings and enable Live Caption.

As for availability, if you’re on Chrome Canary 124, you can already try it. We expect to see this feature available in Dev and Beta channels soon.

The stable release should get Live Translate on April 10, so stay tuned to not miss it.
