Googlebook laptops are officially up for pre-order with laptops from Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP and Lenovo, giving buyers five different options across Intel and Snapdragon platforms.

First, you’ve got the Acer Googlebook 14, which starts at $899, and it comes with an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is currently the cheapest model in the lineup.

Next up, there’s the Lenovo Googlebook 15 starts at $1,099, offering an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Then comes the Dell’s XPS Googlebook starts at $1,199 and moves to Qualcomm hardware with a Snapdragon X Elite, alongside 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

If you’re looking for high-end Googlebooks, both the ASUS Googlebook 14 and HP Googlebook 14 start at $1,299. ASUS uses an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, while HP opts for the Snapdragon X Elite. Both configurations include 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Googlebook buyers also get extra perks

Google is also bundling several extras with the new laptops. Buyers get one year of Google AI Pro, listed as a $249.99 value, with 5TB of cloud storage and access to Gemini Pro and other AI features.

The package also includes additional software and subscriptions, including three months of YouTube Premium, three months of BandLab, Adobe Photoshop and CapCut, plus 12 months of Luminar and GeForce NOW.

Googlebook gets 10 years of updates

Google also says Googlebook OS will receive regular feature drops and software updates for up to 10 years, giving buyers a long-term software support commitment. Pre-orders are now live through the Google Store, Best Buy and other select retailers. Google says the first devices will hit shelves on October 4 in the U.S., followed by October 5 in Canada, the U.K., Ireland, France, Germany and Australia.
