4. Uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse and Razer device drivers

  1. Right-click on Start and select Device Manager.
  2. Double-click the Mice and other pointing devices option, right-click on the Razer devices in the category and select the Uninstall device option.
  3. Double-click the Keyboards and Human Interface Devices category, right-click on the Razer devices in the category and select the Uninstall device option.
  4. Click on the Delete the driver software for this device option for every Razer device.
  5. Click on Uninstall to confirm (after the process is complete, unplug the Razer peripherals you have connected, then restart your PC).
  6. Plug the Razer device back in. (Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers for the devices)
  7. Download the latest Razer Synapse software. (Reinstall the Razer Synapse software following the prompts from the setup wizard)

5. Uninstall the recent Windows update

  1. Press Windows + I keys to open Settings.
  2. Go to the Windows Update tab and select Update history.
  3. Click Uninstall updates and select the most recent update.
  4. Click on Uninstall.

Can Razer work without the Synapse?
